Matthew 8:26

"Jesus responded, 'Why are you afraid? You have so little faith!' Then he got up and rebuked the wind and waves, and suddenly there was a great calm."

Identify one thing that you are afraid of right now. Identify it with one word. For example, if you are afraid of COVID-19, you could label it as "sickness." If you are afraid of losing your job, you could express it as "poverty." Whatever your fear is, give it a short name that represents it to you.

Now, say that word out loud to God. Physically exhale it from your lungs. Then inhale slowly and receive the peace that Christ offers. Hand your fear over to him and have faith that he can calm the storm.
